'Home made semolina pasta with scrambled eggs'
                            Cooking has always been a very interesting thing for me.The flavors, seasoning, the taste and aroma certainly catches my entire self more than anything. Despite the fact that i am not a foodie, i like to eat whenever i cook. My mother is the best cook that i have ever seen in my lifetime. It's not in the view of a mother child connection, however it is a certainty.

This time when i cooked, it was the turn of pasta. I have never cooked pasta before. And so keeping my fingers crossed and after praying to all saints that i remembered then, i started to prepare a savoury semolina pasta. They say it takes only 10 minutes to prepare the dish; but it took more than 15 minutes to finish the process as i had to boil the pasta for a little long to get the right consistency.

I made scrambled eggs with thyme and seasoned the pasta with Schezwan sauce and rose mary leaves. Savoury sweet and spicy pasta is ready to eat.

And that was a healthy one.
